Terms of Service & Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing Pocket Truck Exteriors. By requesting, approving, scheduling, or receiving services from Pocket Truck Exteriors, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Services
Pocket Truck Exteriors provides exterior cleaning services including but not limited to: House Washing, Soft Washing, Driveway Cleaning, Walkway Cleaning, and Patio Cleaning, plus additional exterior cleaning services as offered. Services are performed based on the information provided by the customer during the quoting process.
Pricing & Quotes
Pocket Truck Exteriors utilizes an automated quote system to provide fast and convenient pricing. Pricing is based on information supplied by the customer, including but not limited to:
- Property size
- Number of stories
- Surface types
- Service selections
- Add-ons
Property Conditions
While we strive to provide accurate pricing, final pricing may be adjusted if actual property conditions differ significantly from the information provided during the quote process. Examples may include:
- Larger-than-reported service areas
- Excessive buildup
- Severe staining
- Restricted access
- Safety concerns
- Additional services requested on-site
Any necessary adjustments will be communicated prior to performing the service.
Payment Authorization
A valid payment method is required to reserve an appointment. By submitting a service request, you authorize Pocket Truck Exteriors to securely store your payment method for future billing related to the approved service request. Your card will NOT be charged at the time of booking. Payment will only be processed after services have been completed. Invoices are due immediately upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to:
- Provide accurate property information
- Ensure reasonable access to service areas
- Secure pets prior to service
- Remove or protect fragile outdoor items
- Notify Pocket Truck Exteriors of any known property issues before service
Pocket Truck Exteriors is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessible service areas, locked gates, aggressive animals, or other customer-controlled conditions.
Before & After Photos
Pocket Truck Exteriors may take before and after photographs of service areas for quality control, documentation, training, dispute resolution, and marketing purposes. No personal identifying information will be intentionally disclosed without permission.
Weather Policy
Exterior cleaning services are weather dependent. If weather conditions make service unsafe or ineffective, appointments may be rescheduled at no cost to the customer. Weather-related rescheduling fees will never be charged.
Cancellation Policy
More than 24 hours before your appointment: No cancellation fee will be charged.
Less than 24 hours before your appointment: A $50 cancellation fee may be charged to the payment method on file.
Technician Arrival / No-Show Policy: If our technician arrives and service cannot be performed due to:
- Customer cancellation
- Customer unavailable
- Lack of access
- Locked gates
- Unrestrained animals
- Failure to prepare the property
A $75 service call fee may be charged to the payment method on file. Pocket Truck Exteriors reserves the right to waive cancellation fees at its sole discretion.
Rescheduling Policy
Customers may reschedule appointments at no charge. We encourage customers to provide as much notice as possible to assist with route planning and scheduling.
Satisfaction Commitment
If there is an issue directly related to the quality of the service performed, customers should contact Pocket Truck Exteriors within 48 hours of service completion. We will review the concern and make reasonable efforts to address any service-related issues.
Property Condition Disclaimer
Exterior cleaning can reveal pre-existing conditions including but not limited to: oxidation, fading, cracked surfaces, loose paint, existing damage, and staining beneath buildup. Pocket Truck Exteriors is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, or damage resulting from conditions that existed prior to service.
Limitation of Liability
Pocket Truck Exteriors' liability for any claim arising from services performed shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Acceptance of Terms
By requesting, approving, scheduling, or receiving services from Pocket Truck Exteriors, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy. Pocket Truck Exteriors reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
Payment Policy

Payment Method Requirement
A valid payment method is required to reserve and schedule services with Pocket Truck Exteriors. By booking a service, customers authorize Pocket Truck Exteriors to securely store their payment information for payment processing related to approved services.
No Upfront Charges
Pocket Truck Exteriors does not charge customers at the time of booking. Your payment method is collected to:
- Reserve your appointment
- Verify booking information
- Process payment upon service completion
- Apply any applicable cancellation or service call fees as outlined in our Cancellation Policy
Service Completion Payment
Payment will be processed after services have been completed. Customers will receive:
- An itemized invoice
- Service summary
- A final total including any applicable taxes
The payment method on file may be charged automatically after service completion.
Quote Approval
By approving an estimate, quote, or service request, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the quoted pricing and authorizes Pocket Truck Exteriors to process payment for completed services. Approved quotes include: selected services, add-on services, discounts, taxes, and a final total.
Pricing Adjustments
In some situations, final pricing may require adjustment if actual property conditions differ significantly from the information provided during the quoting process. Examples include: incorrect property size, additional surface area, excessive buildup, severe staining, restricted access, or additional requested work. Any pricing adjustments will be communicated and approved prior to service whenever possible.
Failed Payments
If a payment method is declined:
- The customer will be notified
- A new payment method may be requested
- Outstanding balances remain due immediately
Pocket Truck Exteriors reserves the right to suspend future services until outstanding balances are paid.
Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
Customers agree to contact Pocket Truck Exteriors directly regarding any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute. We are committed to resolving legitimate concerns quickly and professionally. Submitting a chargeback for services that were completed according to the approved quote may result in additional collection efforts and documentation being provided to the payment processor.
Cancellation & Service Call Fees
By scheduling service, customers acknowledge and agree to the cancellation and service call fees outlined in our Cancellation Policy. Applicable fees may be charged to the payment method on file.
Payment Authorization
By submitting a service request, approving a quote, and providing a payment method, the customer authorizes Pocket Truck Exteriors to charge the payment method on file for: completed services, approved pricing adjustments, applicable taxes, cancellation fees, and service call fees as outlined in the Terms of Service and Cancellation Policy.
